Recap of our summer camp: June 3-7, 2024

Team BIM Youth Training presents our Summer Camps!

Our program provides strength & conditioning, mobility, agility, bounding, running and sprinting techniques for the young athletes and developing adolescents, along with nutrition and recovery tips.

To capitalize on these techniques, we have relays and games to help them apply the skills they practice during camp.

Camps run an entire week Mon-Fri from 8 am to Noon.

Snacks and beverages are provided.

All skill levels are welcome to join the fun!
