meet Gary Mcclainlead trainer

Gary McClain is an elite Personal Trainer and Strength Coach with over 20 years of experience. He has worked with a wide variety of clientele from youth, to high school and professional athletes, to all levels of general fitness enthusiasts, and even bodybuilders of all levels. Gary specializes in multiple areas in the fitness industry, which is why he is our Lead Instructor.

He has studied under some of the industry’s leading coaches and Exercise Physiologists along his journey. Certifications including NSCA-CPT, NASM, Ace, ISSA and First-aid/CPR/AED. With these credentials, he covers all aspects of group class curriculum, training, nutrition and mental fortitude to help each member reach their goals.

One of Gary’s greatest joys is seeing members enjoy getting in shape while learning how to change their lifestyles and carry it on for the long haul.

meet renee allenyoga & stretch instructor

Renee finds yoga to be a valuable part of health & wellness. She started working out in the ’90’s and loved doing cardio, strength training, and Pilates. When Renee added yoga to her fitness program, she longed to share that with others.

Renee began teaching yoga in schools and for friends, family and at community events. That eventually grew to becoming a E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher (the highest level of yoga teacher training) and obtaining additional certifications in Yin Yoga, Experiential Anatomy for Yoga, Yoga for Teens, and Fireflex Yoga (for firefighters).

Renee taught yoga at Santa Cruz Yoga, several gyms and in Fire Stations throughout the Bay Area in California.

Renee recently moved to Florida with 5 of her 6 kids and all 7 grandchildren. She is excited to get to know you and be a part of this community!

meet Adam HUff, trainer & instructor

Adam Huff is a personal trainer and coach with over 29 years experience. At a young age Adam wanted to excel in sports. His dad introduced him to weight training and he never looked back. 

If you’ve visited our YouTube channel, you’ve probably seen Adam in some of our workout videos. He’s used almost every type of equipment we offer here at BIM, along with innovative approaches to using them in ways you may never have thought of.

Adam specializes in coaching those who feel they want more out of their gym experience. He also dedicates some of his time to mentoring youth athletes as well.

One of Adam’s greatest joys is seeing his clients grow and succeed with the knowledge he’s shared with them.

meet megan ives, trainer & instructor

Megan is a certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist through ISSA, and through her five years of nursing experience, she brings a clinical understanding of care along with a holistic health approach to fitness.

Her journey into the fitness world began with a bold leap into competitive bodybuilding, where she earned her OCB Pro Card at her debut show. That experience sparked a passion for transformation—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Megan also spent four years flipping homes alongside her husband, building discipline, resilience, and teamwork—qualities she now channels into her training sessions.

Today, she works with clients both online and in person, helping them build sustainable habits, strength, and confidence that last a lifetime. Whether someone is just starting out or looking to take their fitness to the next level, Megan meets them with empathy, expertise, and real-life experience.

Outside the gym, Megan has been married for over eight years, is a proud mom to a 16-year-old son, and shares her home with two energetic dogs and a cat who keeps everyone in line. She’s excited to be part of the BIM Fitness community and looks forward to helping others become the best version of themselves.
