BIM Fitness is excited to introduce Team BIM our youth sports training program!
Our mission is to provide youth athletes and developing adolescents with a solid sports science-based training foundation.
This will benefit them on the field and in many other aspects of their lives. BIM Fitness is helping build overall better athletes.

  • Warm up with Calisthenics and Stretching
  • Perform body weight exercises
  • Focus on Quick Twitch and Tie in Muscles
  • Learn Proper Technique
  • Develop Good Form
